Responsibilities
Provide daily support for personal care, hygiene, meals, and household chores
Assistwith transportation to appointments, community activities, and outings
Promote personal growth and independence via life skills coaching
Encourage community inclusion, socialization, and recreational participation
Monitor health and wellness, including medication adherence and reporting needs
Maintainaccuraterecords and meet documentation requirements
Engage in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development
Foster a home environment of respect, dignity, and safe boundaries
Required Qualifications
A stable, safe home environment withappropriate livingspace
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to complete background checks, health screenings, and home assessments
