We are seeking a highly experienced Lifecycle Marketing specialist to manage and collaborate with teams and oversee global lifecycle marketing campaigns. This individual will have a strong understanding of the general methodology of product and campaign operations, such as AB testing, funnel analysis, and lifecycle strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and create plans for user operations to maximise user retention and growth;
Collaborate with teams across the organisation to ensure smooth execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns;
Utilise strong logical thinking and data analysis skills to uncover business insights, identify problems, and develop data-driven solutions;
Stay well-informed on each Business Unit's products, including their features, user preferences, and pain points.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field;
Proven experience in multi-team stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and the development of successful lifecycle marketing campaigns;
In-depth understanding of essential operational methodologies, including AB testing, funnel analysis, and custom strategies;
Exceptional logical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities;
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and associated analytics tools;
Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights;
Strong familiarity of working with various Business Unit products and the ability to comprehend user preferences and pain points;
Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
