Life and Leadership Coach
Position Title: Life and Leadership Coach
Department: Staff Engagement, GRT
Reports to: Life and Leadership Coaching Senior Manager
This position is: Part-time; Exempt, Support-Raised
A Life and Leadership Coach supports Launch Global staff by providing coaching on personal and work-related topics. The coaching approach focuses on client-led development, active listening, and asking open-ended, non-directive questions. The coach helps individuals or teams discover God's direction for their life and ministry, partnering with the Holy Spirit to achieve their goals. Unlike discipleship or mentoring, coaching is about guiding people to think through current and future possibilities and move toward their goals. The coach is not an expert but helps facilitate conversations that lead to personal insights and growth.
