Compensation Range: This is a commission-only position. The average full-time real estate agent earns $75,000-$200,000 or more per year. There is no cap on earnings.

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have

An active and unrestricted Georgia real estate license and are located in the greater Atlanta area
Some residential real estate transaction experience with at least 4+ closed transactions in the last twelve months
Strong sales skills including the ability to handle objections effectively, build rapport quickly, and align on expectations with customers
An analytical mindset and ability to hold yourself accountable to hitting metrics in your business
Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and the adaptability to help customers on their schedule
An ability to use technology effectively in your business and learn new systems quickly
Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral
A drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility
