The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA/LNFA) is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to senior residents. This role involves strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and operational oversight to maintain a safe, supportive, and efficient environment for both residents and staff. The LNFA acts as a key liaison between healthcare providers, families, and regulatory agencies, advocating for resident well-being and organizational excellence. Responsibilities:
