Licensed Child Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, PsyD) – Remote in California

Cyti Psychological is seeking Licensed Child Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LCSW, PsyD) to provide high-quality, telehealth therapy services for children ages 5 and up. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions for children 5 years and older, as well as individuals, families, and couples.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat DSM V mental health disorders using our secure HIPAA-compliant platform.
• Maintain accurate clinical records according to standards of care and licensing requirements.
• Design your ideal practice with the work-life balance you deserve.
• Ensure access to reliable internet and video conferencing equipment to perform telehealth sessions.

Compensation:

• Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 up to $100.00 per session (based on degree level, years of experience, client modality, and certifications).
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Referral Bonus: $500 up to $1,000 for therapist referrals (conditions apply).

Qualifications:

• Licensed in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Experience with children, individuals, families, and couples.
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and technology.
• Enrolled in CAQH (Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare).
