  • Stay up to date with advancements in automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques. 
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions to ensure vehicle safety, performance, and appearance. 
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. 
  • Foster a positive team atmosphere of knowledge sharing, assisting colleagues, and communicating effectively to prioritize tasks. 

Requirements

  • Licensed technician from Skills trades Ontario or Red Seal 
  • Experience in collision repair 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Detail-oriented and focused on quality of work 
  • Comfortable with structural repairs, welding, aluminum work and assembly/ disassembly 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
