  • Processes incoming “Portable Gas Detection Equipment” according to Apollo “Procedures”.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in “Calibration Procedures” as outlines in all manufactured portable instruments instruction manuals.
  • Follow all Apollo internal procedures.
    • Be able to perform “Apollo Safety Basic Calibration Procedure”, as well as “Apollo Safety Premium or Technical Calibration Procedure”.
  • Communicate with manufactures technical department.
  • All Work this technical level will be “in-house”, however technician maybe required assisting other higher level technicians “on-site” at customers facility.
  • Ability and willingness to take study materials home may be required.

  • Ability to repair and test precision mechanical instruments and systems including handling small-scale components
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills with attention to detail required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated while remaining part of a close knit Team.
  • Strong priority and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Some customer interaction on the job may be required.
