  • Support Process Improvement Initiatives: Assist in identifying inefficiencies within existing workflows, document current-state processes, and contribute to designing and implementing optimized solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Contribute to Strategic Transformation Projects: Provide hands-on support in planning, tracking, and executing transformation initiatives, ensuring deliverables are met on time and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and Manage Analytics Dashboards: Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to build interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for leadership and project teams.
  • Assist in Change Management Activities: Help prepare communication materials, training guides, and stakeholder engagement plans to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and tools across the organization.
  • Support Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain clear and timely communication, and assist in preparing presentations and updates for senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

  • Currently enrolled in Post-Secondary Program; with focus in business, finance, strategy, and/or technology would be beneficial
  • Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); with ability to create macros and add programming where required
  • Ability to organise and compile data to produce metric reports
  • Strong organizational skills, demonstrates ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize assignments, projects and multi-task within restricted time constraints
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review one’s own work

    The incumbent will be working hybrid and in office time will be spent working from Equitable Bank’s additional office space located at 2200-25 Ontario Street, Toronto, ON.
