Job Description 

LegalSense is investing in its commercial organization to support continued growth and deepen partnerships with its customers. In this role, you will focus on driving meaningful sales outcomes with law firms and professional services organizations, owning opportunities from discovery through close. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and play a key role in shaping commercial success in a fast-growing, evolving environment.

Work Model & Location

This role is based in the Netherlands and follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation to work from the Utrecht office approximately 2–3 days per week. In-office time supports collaboration, deal strategy, and connection with cross-functional partners, while maintaining flexibility for focused work.

  • Engage senior stakeholders at larger law firms with a consultative, value-based approach
  • Apply your experience selling across different markets, adapting your approach to local dynamics while helping expand into new regions over time
  • Operate with meaningful autonomy in a lean, evolving sales organization
  • Help stabilize and elevate commercial execution during a transitional period
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners despite limited formal enablement
  • Explore and apply AI tools in your day-to-day work to simplify tasks, accelerate outcomes, and elevate your effectiveness

Base Salary Range: The target base salary range for this position is €90,000–€110,000, and it is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes an annual bonus of approximately €20,000 (on-target earnings of €110,000–€130,000 in total cash), employer-paid benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual compensation may vary based on experience, location, internal equity, and other relevant factors.
