Legal Supervisor

What will you do?

• Drafting contracts and other legal documents
• Preparing legal papers, researching legal issues, and drafting legal documents such as contracts, and business agreements
• Representing and negotiating with opposing counsel, and working with internal and/or external to develop legal arguments
• Conducting research on legal issues to support the business
• Interpreting laws, regulations, and policies to advise clients about how these apply to their situation

Requirements:

• Strong Legal Background

Possesses deep and comprehensive knowledge of law, particularly in corporate law, investment regulations, and international cross-border business transactions.

• Industry Experience

Has prior working experience in both the IT industry and the manufacturing/sparepart sector.

• Professional Experience

Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in legal, corporate, or compliance roles.

• Regulatory Expertise

In-depth understanding of key regulatory areas, including:

• Import regulations
• LKPM (Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal)
• PMSE (Perdagangan Melalui Sistem Elektronik)
• SIINAS (Sistem Informasi Industri Nasional)
• TKDN (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri)
• Must be aware of and experienced in handling legal permits related to:
• Import activities
• Technology compliance
• Commercial sparepart regulations
• Experience handling or supporting government tenders (tender pemerintah), including compliance and required documentation.

• Language Skills

Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Work Style & Collaboration

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
