OPF is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Legal Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Legal Supervisor at OPF, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the legal department, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing guidance and supervision to the legal team.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and supervise the legal department, including assigning and prioritizing tasks, providing guidance and training, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal advice and guidance on various issues, including contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services as a Supervisor
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
