Legal Operations Specialist - Compliance & Learning

This dynamic role combines compliance support with learning management responsibilities, playing a crucial part in maintaining organizational integrity and fostering continuous education.

• Provide daily support for compliance operations, including the implementation of campaigns, policies, and procedures
• Manage and optimize the Compliance and Global Policy Resource Centers
• Proactively identify and propose improvements in compliance processes
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of compliance technologies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Learning Management System
• Oversee compliance and legal-related training activities, including content management and translations
• Monitor and report on learning activity completion rates
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of compliance and learning initiatives

You will be a great fit if you have:

• BSc/MSc degree or equivalent qualification
• 3-4 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Experience on working on a multi-cultural environment and very diverse audience
• Experience managing a Learning Management System a plus
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
