Responsibility:
· Drafting template of various operation agreements and negotiating contracts for the company.
· Reviewing and providing advice to the senior leader on matters concerning applicable contracts required for the company’s operational.
· Developing and involving in corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company’s matter.;
· Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies, and priorities;
· Maintaining proper corporate interactions with the relevant government bodies, legislatures and the community at large;
· Regularly interacts and collaborate with cross-functional teams on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/ vendor in order to manage potential legal risk.
· Reporting directly to General Counsel on a various corporate legal issue.
The Successful Applicant:
· Minimum Bachelor degree in Law from a reputable University.
· Minimum of six years’ experience as a corporate lawyer at a leading Indonesian law firm. Involvement in a M&A cross-border transaction is a must.
· Mid management experience and minimum of 2 years’ experience in startup companies.
· Must have a strong strategic and analytic thinking.
· Must have a good leadership skill having ability to influence cross-functional teams towards a unified direction along with the management team and relevant stakeholders.
· Strong commercial law background, especially in the negotiation and able to tailor-made the commercial contracts.
· Ability to do multitask and good interpersonal skills.
· Good and clear communication of the instructions of General Counsel and work together other legal department team.
· Fluency in English and Indonesian language.
