Legal Manager

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular and ad hoc legal document reviews on the Company’s business activities
• Provide legal and regulatory advice and support to the company on a issue by issue basis.
• Provide professional support on company secretarial duties
• Formulate and implement the company’s legal policy

Requirements:

• Holders of a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB), PCLL preferred.
• Familiar with Hong Kong Company Law
• At least 2 years of legal experience in law firm, private sector, international exposure and relevant experiences in telecommunications and/or software industry are highly preferred
• Self-motivated, well-organized, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines and flexible as some weekends are required.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and read/write in simplified Chinese
