The Legal Manager will be a key player in safeguarding AnyMind Group's legal interests by leading the drafting, review, and negotiation of all legal documents and ensuring strict compliance with local laws and regulations. This role requires a commercial-minded legal professional capable of providing proactive, practical advice, managing legal risk across all business functions, and supporting the company's continuous growth in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

What You'll Do

Contract Management: Lead the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure alignment with company interests and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Risk Mitigation: Provide guidance on contract structure and risk allocation to internal stakeholders across various departments.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Conduct thorough research and analysis of local laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the company’s operations and business activities.
Advisory: Provide clear and practical legal advice to internal teams on regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
Oversight & Support: Oversee and support compliance initiatives, including monitoring legislative developments and ensuring adherence to local legal standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks across all aspects of the business.
Internal Support: Support internal inquiries and provide solutions that balance legal compliance with operational needs.
Record Keeping: Maintain, organize, and update the company’s legal records, including contract databases, corporate filings, and compliance documentation.
Strategic Insight: Deliver proactive legal insights to anticipate potential issues and support business growth objectives.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) required; Master’s degree or professional legal certification (e.g., Lawyer’s License, Bar Admission) is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or in-house legal practice, preferably within a fast-paced or multinational environment.
Core Expertise: Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents.
Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance laws relevant to the company’s operations.
Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk-assessment skills with strong attention to detail.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
