Assist the legal team in various operational tasks, gaining hands-on experience in Legal Operations within an innovative fast-growing tech environment.

Responsibilities:
Legal Monitoring & Research: Conduct legal monitoring and perform legal research on specific topics relevant to the company’s activities
Contract Support: Assist in the review of standard agreements and support the drafting and proofreading of simple contracts and legal documents
Legal Processes: Contribute to the implementation of legal processes to improve team efficiency and support the structuring of the legal function
Documentation Management: Help centralize, organize, and maintain legal documentation to ensure clarity, accessibility, and efficiency
Operational Legal Support: Assist with daily legal tasks across various areas of the business
Projects: Contribute to a specific legal project (if launched during the internship), such as process improvement or legal structuring initiatives
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Law (M2) or are a Trainee Lawyer (EFB / Bar School candidate)
Strong skills in legal research and legal writing
A rigorous, structured, and detail-oriented mindset
A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative
The ability to work independently as well as within a team
Experience with automation tools and a strong ability to streamline and optimize processes
English proficiency required
French is a plus
