- Strong reading comprehension and professional writing skills (including grammar and email etiquette) required.
- Ideal candidates have a noted interest in commercial contracts, intellectual property, cyberlaw, litigation, digital media and advertising, and/or marketing law.

About the Legal Fellow Program:
The Legal Fellow Program is a 2-year program for new law school graduates. At any given time, Tripadvisor’s Legal team aims to have two Legal Fellows in the program, one as a first-year Legal Fellow and the other a second-year Legal Fellow. The first-year Legal Fellow is mentored by the second-year Legal Fellow, as well as other members of the Legal Team.
Program Expectations:
- Legal Fellows are expected to begin the Fellow Program shortly after sitting for their U.S. state bar exam in July of their graduation year and remain in the Fellow Program for approximately two years.
- Legal Fellows are expected to pass their US state bar exam and gain in-house experience as a practicing attorney. Any concerns regarding a specific U.S. state par exam or retaking of the bar exam will be addressed on a case-by-case basis
