Revpanda Group is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Legal Counsel with a strong background in corporate structures, iGaming regulations, and financial compliance. This role is ideal for a lawyer based in Latvia, familiar with tier-1 European iGaming jurisdictions, looking to provide full-time legal support for our corporate and iGaming operations.
You will act as a trusted legal advisor, supporting corporate setups, regulatory compliance, and financial governance, while ensuring that our business operates seamlessly across multiple EU jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and support on corporate structuring in EU and iGaming regulations.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities, licensing bodies, and internal teams to ensure compliance with iGaming laws and regulations.
- Advise on financial, tax, and accounting matters related to corporate operations and gaming licenses.
- Support corporate governance, contracts, agreements, and licensing documentation.
- Monitor changes in iGaming regulations, corporate law, and taxation, and provide timely guidance to the business.
- Act as primary liaison for jurisdictional matters, maintaining effective relationships with regulators, advisors, and local authorities.
- Provide availability during our working hours to respond to legal queries or urgent matters.
- Assist with cross-border legal projects, including corporate restructures, mergers, or other financial transactions.
Requirements:
- Law degree with relevant professional qualifications; licensed to practice law in one of EU countries, with ability or eligibility to practice in other EU countries.
- Proven experience in corporate law and iGaming regulations.
- Strong knowledge of corporate structures, taxation, accounting, and financial compliance across multiple EU jurisdictions.
- Experience advising on gaming licenses, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance in tier-1 markets.

Litigation experience: ability to represent and defend the company in courts of law or arbitration proceedings in EU.
- Ability to provide full-time dedicated legal support within standard business hours, coordinating with multiple jurisdictions and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Latvian is preferred.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with cross-border corporate operations and international legal frameworks.
