We are looking for an experienced in-house Legal Counsel to join our team and provide practical, business-oriented legal support to the organization. This role covers a broad range of legal matters, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, data protection, and employment law.
This is a hands-on, business-oriented position for a legal professional who is comfortable working independently, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives, and supporting a growing IT / technology-driven organization.
In this role, you will
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including service, procurement, lease, and subcontractor agreements
Support the sales team and business leaders during negotiations by providing clear, risk-balanced legal advice and continuously improve the company’s contract templates
Organize and oversee corporate decision-making in accordance with company bylaws and applicable laws
Ensure compliance with GDPR, including maintaining privacy documentation, responding to data requests, and managing related processes
Monitor relevant regulatory developments and support implementation of required changes with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate external legal counsel in disputes and litigation, including preparing materials and supporting case management, escalating key decisions to business leadership
Advise on employment law matters, including employment documentation, disciplinary procedures, and terminations
What will you bring
Master’s degree in Law
3–4 years of relevant professional experience
Strong practical understanding of IT and digital contracting, data protection, and procurement processes
Business-oriented, solution-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements in cross-border environments
Prior experience in supporting technology-related legal matters (e.g. SaaS agreements and basic IP topics) in collaboration with external counsel is considered a plus
Strong communication skills and confidence in advising non-legal stakeholders
Fluency in both Lithuanian and English languages, written and spoken
