As Legal Counsel, you will support business operations across LATAM North by leading key commercial contracting processes, supporting corporate governance matters, and coordinating legal risk management in partnership with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
Key Responsibilities
• Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including service agreements, supply and distribution contracts, NDAs, credit agreements and related documents.
• Provide full corporate secretarial support for LATAM entities, including shareholders’ meetings, board resolutions, powers of attorney, mergers, spin-offs and corporate restructurings.
• Coordinate and follow up on active litigation matters across the region, working closely with external counsel.
• Handle and respond to requirements, audits and inquiries from regulatory and governmental authorities in LATAM.
• Advise internal stakeholders on labor law and foreign trade / customs matters.
• Provide guidance and ensure compliance in personal data protection and privacy matters.

Who are we looking for?
Must-have (Indispensable):
· Previous professional experience in at least one jurisdiction outside Mexico is strongly preferred, either in a recognized law firm or as in-house counsel in a multinational company.
