Job responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage and oversee legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions and strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance across all business operations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and manage relationships with external legal counsel.
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to mitigate risks and protect company interests.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and advise the company on potential impacts.

Job requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a technology or AI-focused company.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex legal matters and providing strategic legal advice.
