We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with a minimum of five years of practice in the high-tech sector, either within a leading law firm or as in-house counsel in a technology company. The role involves providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance across a broad range of commercial and corporate matters while supporting internal teams in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.This role suits someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates clearly with both legal and non-legal stakeholders, and is comfortable supporting global operations. Experience with SaaS offerings, cloud technologies, and B2B contract structures is particularly valuable. The position will report to the company's SVP General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, partner and licensing contracts.
Provide clear, practical legal advice on commercial, corporate, privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.
Support product, sales, security, and operational teams by identifying legal risks and offering business-focused solutions.
Assist with corporate governance matters and maintain strong internal compliance practices.
Help shape internal policies, processes, and playbooks to support scalable legal operations.
Required Qualifications
At least five years of legal experience in the high-tech sector, gained at a leading law firm or in-house at a technology company.
Proven expertise in negotiating commercial technology agreements, with a strong grasp of SaaS and cloud-based business models.
Solid understanding of privacy and data protection frameworks, including GDPR and similar regulations.
Strong commercial instincts and the ability to balance legal considerations with business priorities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with legal and non-legal stakeholders.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
