Proven experience in conducting domestic inquiries, handling termination procedures, and resolving industrial relations disputes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical legal advice in a corporate context.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive employment matters.
