Your mission

Hello there and a warm welcome to Sungrow! We’re thrilled to introduce a key role within our Contracts team, connecting our innovative projects with robust and compliant commercial agreements across the UK. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Ensure all commercial agreements comply with UK law, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation through to renewal or termination.
• Provide internal teams with expert contractual advice and support on risk assessment.
• Collaborate closely with Legal Counsel on complex and high-value agreements.
• Oversee, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements across our UK operations.

Your profile

All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit in this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

• You possess 3–7 years of proven experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role.
• You have strong knowledge of commercial and procurement contracts specific to the UK.
• You demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• You are detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience in the renewable energy, engineering, or technology sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with cross-border contracts and international projects is a plus.
• English C1 is required.
