管理與歸檔合約、函文及各類法律文件

修訂產品服務條款、隱私權政策等法律文件

處理文件用印流程，並確認內部單位作業符合公司流程與法規要求

管理公司專利、商標等智慧財產權事務

追蹤相關法規趨勢，包含個人資料保護法、智慧財產權法規、AI 管制法規及金融產業相關法規

與外部律師合作，處理合約及法規議題

與專利事務所合作，申請商標或專利

Requirements

2 年以上法務或相關工作經驗

英文聽說讀寫能力佳

Nice to Have

熟悉個人資料保護法、智慧財產權法規、金融科技或其他新興科技相關法律

具備資訊服務業、新創產業或科技產業法務經驗
