Legal Associate

Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct legal research, analysis, and updates on regulatory changes relevant to the
business.
 Draft and review legal agreements, and contracts (NDAs, service agreements, vendor
contracts, etc.).
 Prepare compliance checklists and maintain documentation and records.
 Provide support on corporate actions such as M&A, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets,
and other general corporate matters.
 Support the business on day-to-day legal queries and provide timely advice.
 Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
 Participate in process improvement initiatives within the legal function.
 Assisting in obtaining various business licenses and registrations.
 Involve in automation and templating initiatives collaborating with internal / external
technology service providers to deliver automated solutions for legal documents.

Qualifications & Skills
 Bachelor’s degree in law (BLS/LLB)
 1 - 3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in financial services, NBFCs, or a
law firm handling trade finance or corporate advisory
 Strong understanding of contract law, company law, and RBI / FEMA-related regulations
 Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills
 Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic corporate environment.
 High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
