We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Assistant / Paralegal to support a corporate legal team in a technology environment. This role provides day-to-day administrative and paralegal support, including document preparation, contract administration support, case/file management, and coordination across internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and highly proficient with Microsoft 365 tools.
Prepare, edit, format, and proofread legal documents (NDAs, statements of work, contract exhibits, letters)
Support contract lifecycle administration by tracking requests, approvals, and deadlines
Maintain organized legal files and document repositories (SharePoint/OneDrive)
Assist attorneys with document review coordination and version control
Manage legal calendars, meetings, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders
Maintain trackers/logs for contracts, compliance tasks, and legal requests
Support audit requests and internal reporting with accurate documentation
Handle confidential information with discretion and attention to detail
Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed
0–3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar support role
Strong written communication and document accuracy skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Microsoft 365 proficiency, including:
Word: formatting, templates, track changes
Excel: data entry, filters, basic formulas, trackers
Outlook: email, calendar scheduling, meeting coordination
Teams: communication and collaboration
SharePoint/OneDrive: file storage, permissions, version control basics
Ability to work with sensitive and confidential legal/business information
Experience supporting an in-house legal team in a tech, SaaS, or corporate environment
Familiarity with contract management tools (e.g., CLM systems)
Basic understanding of contracts (NDAs, vendor agreements, procurement terms)
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $22 to $25 hourly. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
