Position Overview
We are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic Legal Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide legal document support for both Hong Kong and Mainland China, making significant contributions to the continuous development of our group in the Greater Bay Area. The ideal candidate should possess fluent English communication skills and a basic understanding of the legal knowledge system. A passion for promoting health and wellness is also highly desirable.

Requirements

What you’ll do

  • Draft & review PRC/HK business contracts; provide concise, actionable legal guidance to internal departments on day-to-day questions.
  • Keep the contract database and legal files accurate, current and searchable.
  • Monitor regulatory updates, conduct quick research and circulate brief notes to colleagues.
  • Schedule legal-team meetings, take minutes, and manage correspondence with outside counsel and government bodies.
  • Support compliance initiatives and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Who we’re looking for

  • Law degree; 1+ year in-house or law-firm experience handling PRC commercial matters.
  • Good grasp of PRC contract, labor and compliance essentials.
  • Fluent English and Cantonese (spoken & written); concise drafting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic document-management tools.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently under tight deadlines.
