Leasing Consultant - Apartment Community

This person will float between our 4 properties in Lubbock: The Park, Hunters Way, The Dominion, and Ashton Pointe.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm, rotating Saturdays 10:00 am-2:00 pm

Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants
-Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities
-Lease vacant apartments to new residents
-Renew leasing contracts with existing residents
-Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts
-Assist property team with marketing efforts
-Participate in community outreach for brand awareness
-Fostering and maintaining relationships with on-site residents

What We Need From You:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
-Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Exceptional organizational skills
