Leasing Associate

TLDR

Leasing Associates are key in marketing, leasing, and maintaining high occupancy levels for properties while ensuring a positive experience for prospective tenants.

As the Leasing Associate, you will be responsible for marketing, leasing, and maintaining high occupancy levels for residential or commercial properties. You will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, ensuring a positive leasing experience while supporting overall property performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and assist prospective tenants, providing property tours and detailed information about available units.
  • Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on local rental trends and competitor pricing.
  • Process rental applications, verify applicant information, and coordinate approvals.
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and leasing activity in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including unit inspections and documentation.
  • Support marketing efforts through online listings, social media, and promotional events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents to encourage renewals.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in leasing and sales in the local KSA market

Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Arabic.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of leasing regulations and fair housing laws is an advantage.
