We are offering up to $17.00/hr. plus commissions, tuition reimbursement, and 80 hours of paid time off.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
- Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments   are acceptable for showing
- Must be available Saturdays
- Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
- Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign   where required 
- Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
- Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
- Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
- Travel between properties to provide tours as needed
- Valid Driver's License

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- Entry Level experience, looking for the right candidate to train.
- Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
- Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents 
- Valid driver's license and able to travel to two locations.
