We’re looking for a visionary Learning Technology & Knowledge Architect to design, own, and optimize the digital ecosystem where our employees learn, grow, and succeed. You’ll be the mastermind behind our Learning Management System and the architect of a world-class Knowledge Base, ensuring every team member has instant access to the knowledge and tools they need to excel. What You’ll Do
  • Own the Learning Journey: Take end-to-end ownership of our LMS, transforming it into a seamless, engaging hub for onboarding and continuous development. You’ll configure, optimize, and innovate the platform to deliver a flawless user experience.
  • Design Modern Learning: Craft compelling, results-driven learning experiences using the latest in instructional design. From interactive eLearning modules to microlearning and blended programs, you’ll create content that sticks and drives performance.
  • Build the Braintrust: Architect and govern our internal Knowledge Base from the ground up. You’ll design intuitive navigation, establish rock-solid governance, and partner with experts to ensure trusted, job-ready resources are always at our employees’ fingertips.
  • Drive Adoption & Insights: Be the go-to expert for system troubleshooting and the strategic partner to stakeholders, using data and analytics to measure impact, demonstrate value, and continuously improve the entire learning and knowledge ecosystem.
  • LMS Administration & System Ownership
  • Manage and optimize the LMS, including user roles, permissions, and automation.
  • Serve as the primary technical lead, troubleshooting issues and ensuring peak performance.
  • Establish governance, content standards, and workflows; monitor compliance with SCORM/xAPI.
  • Partner with learning teams to drive adoption, audit completion rates, and deliver impactful reports.
  • Internal Knowledge Base Ownership & Governance
  • Own the structure, usability, and governance of the Knowledge Base.
  • Design navigation, taxonomy, and search that aligns with how our people actually work.
  • Establish standards for content lifecycle, from creation and review to archival.
  • Proactively identify and fill content gaps by partnering with subject matter experts.
  • Leverage analytics and feedback to boost search success and usability; explore AI-powered search tools.
  • Instructional Design & Learning Development
  • Develop interactive eLearning courses and modules using modern authoring tools.
  • Collaborate with experts to create microlearning, videos, and blended learning programs.
  • Incorporate UX principles and engagement strategies like gamification to boost interaction.
  • Ensure learning content and Knowledge Base resources work together as one cohesive ecosystem.
  • What You Bring to the Table
  • The Tech Chops: Hands-on experience administering a LMS (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning, MindTickle) and building/managing a Knowledge Base or intranet, with strong proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
  • The Design Mind: A solid grasp of instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM) and proficiency with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate, Captivate, and Camtasia.
  • The Architect’s Eye: Experience in information architecture, taxonomy design, and content governance. Familiarity with AI-powered search and metadata is a huge plus.
  • The Problem-Solver’s Spirit: You’re a self-motivated, organized troubleshooter who thrives on untangling complexity and building elegant, user-friendly systems.
  • The Collaborator’s Heart: Exceptional communication and partnership skills, enabling you to work effectively with all levels of the organization to turn ideas into reality.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in learning technology management, instructional design, or a related role.
  • Must have demonstrable experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Systems.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
