CORE PURPOSE
The Learning and Supplier Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Pureprofile’s operational excellence and culture of continuous development. This hybrid role combines supplier operations management with learning and development coordination, ensuring that both external partnerships and internal growth initiatives are running efficiently and effectively.
You will work across teams to manage supplier performance, coordinate training programs, and maintain best practices that enhance both supplier engagement and employee capability across the organisation.
