Position Overview
The Learning Operations Program Manager is responsible for designing, updating, and delivering engaging training programs that equip Veo employees with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to excel in their roles. This position manages the end-to-end training lifecycle—from development and refresh of content to tracking completion, hosting summits, and driving employee growth through Veo Universality and other development initiatives. In addition, this role owns L&D analytics and reporting: defining KPIs, building dashboards, translating data into actionable insights, and delivering executive-ready presentations to leadership. The Learning Operations Program Manager also partners with Data/IT to leverage integrations that streamline data flows across platforms.
You’ll partner closely with operational leaders, subject matter experts, and the People & Culture team to ensure training is aligned with business goals, operational excellence, and compliance standards.
This role is a hybrid role and you will be required to go into the office, located inside Santa Monica, CA, 4 days a week.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 - $110,000 + Annual Performance Bonus + Equity (Stock Options) + Full Range of Benefits. Veo is a total compensation company, and pay is determined by geographic cost of labor and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training - so not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Our total compensation package for this role, including bonus potential, ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 per year.
Note: Veo benefit, bonus and stock programs may be subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program. The listed range is a good faith estimate, and exact compensation and total package may vary depending on market conditions and performance.
