As the Learning Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing learning strategies that align with Qualco Group’s strategic goals. You will manage our learning platforms, coordinate annual training plans across business units, and foster a culture of continuous development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contribute and implement learning strategies that support business objectives;
• Coordinate annual training needs across business units, manage the learning calendar and the relevant Budget;
• Leverage learning platforms (e.g., LMS, LXP) to manage and track learning activities ensuring

an optimal learner experience;

• Collaborate with managers and HRBPs to assess current and future learning needs across Qualco Group;
• Conduct skills gap analyses and translate findings into actionable development plans;
• Curate and co-create engaging learning content aligned with adult learning principles;
• Track and report learning effectiveness and capability uplift;
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through learning interventions;
• Ensures that all initiatives are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and as indicated by the Group’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training and Development, or related field; and MSc would be an asset;
• 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or capability building roles;
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills;
• Experience with digital learning platforms and instructional design;
• Experience with learning technologies and digital content creation tools;
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret learning analytics;
• Ability to build trust and influence across levels and functions;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
