Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve product onboarding and training for new hires, partnering closely with HR to support the broader onboarding experience and ensure fast time-to-productivity across teams.
  • Design and deliver structured internal product training programmes, with a phased approach that can expand into customer-facing enablement and CS-led trainings.
  • Create and maintain clear, scalable product training materials (guides, decks, videos, walkthroughs) aligned with product and operational changes.
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, Support, and HR to translate new features and workflows into effective learning content for internal and external use.
  • Support interactive and in-context product enablement for new features, reinforcing learning beyond initial training.
  • Measure product training effectiveness and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Learning Experience, Enablement, Product Training, or similar roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver product-focused training for internal teams (e.g. CS, Support, Sales, Ops)
  • Strong learning design and communication skills, with experience turning complex product concepts into clear, practical training materials.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives end-to-end, proactively identifying enablement gaps and delivering solutions without heavy direction.
  • Experience measuring and improving training effectiveness using practical metrics (e.g. readiness, adoption, time-to-productivity), with a pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset.
  • Professional-level English, suitable for working with international teams and customer-facing stakeholders.
  • European based.

Benefits

  • We are fairly informal about working hours. We want to make sure you like your job and wanna go an extra mile for us.
  • Unlimited paid holiday days.
  • Start-up working environment.
  • WFH or work remotely.
  • Team buildings and company remote office. Sounds boring? The whole team met in Spain, South Africa, Italy, Portugal, and France. We also enjoy a spontaneous beer after work or any sports activity.
  • Office in Brno and Lisbon. We have two office locations: the core team is located in Brno and we have one newly opened office in Lisbon. How does working for a month from Lisbon sound? :)
  • Young and passionate team.
  • Refreshments and delicious coffee in the office area.
  • Hardware/remote setup package.
  • Competitive salary and regular salary revaluation.
  • Bonuses based on company performance.
