What you will work on

  • Participate in all phases of the Performance Management cycle and assist in analyzing performance reviews data and action items to follow
  • Work on the design and implementation of various talent management and development projects and programs in the organization to support the development of Novibet’s employees
  • Identify learning needs across different departments and participate in the development of training programs and learning materials
  • Evaluate external training opportunities and coordinate with external vendors to develop training courses and programs using various learning methods
  • Manage the logistics of training programs, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and coordinating with trainers and participants
  • Monitor the implementation of training programs to ensure they meet objectives and deadlines & assess the effectiveness of training programs
  • Review training feedback to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for training materials and methods based on evaluation results

What you bring

  • BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field
  • At least 2 years of Learning & Development experience
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and best practices will be considered a strong asset
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Organizational and communications skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Ability to establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with internal & external stakeholders
