- Support the delivery of engaging learning programs, workshops, and compliance training
- Contribute to L&D content creation using tools like Canva, Camtasia, and ELMO Course Builder
- Be the first point of contact for HR enquiries, resolving or triaging queries with care and efficiency
- Assist with HR processes including contracts, documentation, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration
- Support HR Business Partners and Managers on projects that enhance our people experience, culture, and engagement
What we’re looking for
- Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation
- Empathy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping people succeed at work
- Strong relationship-building skills, especially in a geographically dispersed team
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills and confidence using LMS and HRIS platforms (experience with ELMO is a plus) and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Camtasia (highly regarded)

You will also bring:
- Tertiary qualification in HR, OD or a related field
- Ability to coordinate end-to-end learning and development solutions, including basic shell design of digital programs and embedding learning and e-learning programs
