About the Role
We’re seeking a Learning & Development Manager to strengthen our training ecosystem by overseeing live bootcamps, workshops, and learning interventions that complement our LMS-based programs. This role bridges structured e-learning with interactive, instructor-led development — ensuring that all Wing assistants and internal team members receive engaging, practical, and scalable learning experiences that drive measurable performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Enablement.
- Strong background in facilitating or managing live training programs, workshops, or virtual bootcamps.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience designing interactive learning experiences and ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), curriculum design, and training analytics.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Training Facilitation.
- Experience with digital learning platforms and training operations automation tools.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and competency-based training models.
