Join the talented team at Hearth Support Services' as our new Learning & Development Lead. In this full-time role based in Glen Iris, VIC, you will be responsible for driving the learning and development strategy to upskill and empower our workforce. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement innovative learning and development programs to build the capabilities of our teams
  • Design tailored training solutions to address specific skill gaps and business needs
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and continuously improve our approach
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify future capability requirements and align our L&D strategy
  • Maintain a learning management system to track progress and identify opportunities
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and development across the organisation

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar learning and development role, ideally within the Disability sector
  • Strong understanding of learning and development principles, methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage a diverse audience
  • Proficiency in designing and delivering interactive training programs, both in-person and virtually
  • Proven track record of evaluating the impact of learning initiatives and driving continuous improvement
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Passionate about fostering a culture of learning and development
