We are seeking a Learning and Engagement Specialist to become part of our People team and ready to help mold and advance our learning and engagement initiatives across the Nordics and the Netherlands.
Your role involves driving and operationalising the Learning, Engagement and inclusion approach and initiatives in the region, ensuring it matches business aims and global People strategies. You will implement, support, and evaluate our PA learning offerings and engagement and inclusion initiatives to enhance employee capabilities, employee experiences, our workplace culture, as well as our employer brand, e.g., support prepare and follow-up of our Engagement Pulse Surveys, embedment of our values, Inclusion & Diversity initiatives as well as employer branding initiatives. Collaborating with business leaders and People colleagues to identify learning and engagement needs and craft and implement meaningful solutions. Promote a culture of growth and track and report on learning and engagement effectiveness.
In summary, your responsibilities will focus on keeping our people engaged, learning, contributors to future growth, and building our employer brand in the Nordics and the Netherlands.
