  • Ensure training is engaging, relevant, and effective while meeting documentation, tracking, and compliance standards.
  • Support ongoing updates to content as regulations, policies, and risks evolve.

Stakeholder Partnership & Needs Assessment

  • Collaborate with functional stakeholders to identify skill gaps and strategic priorities.
  • Conduct needs assessments using data, stakeholder input, and learner feedback to design targeted, high-impact learning solutions aligned with business priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to functional leaders building training for their teams.

Facilitation & Enablement

  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences, from individual contributors to senior leaders, using in-person, virtual, and hybrid delivery methods as appropriate.
  • Support subject matter experts by helping translate complex or technical content into clear, learner-centered training materials.

Project Management & Execution

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of learning initiatives, including project planning, timelines, content development, vendor coordination (as needed), communications, and logistics.
  • Partner with L&D leadership to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a thoughtful, prioritized learning calendar.
  • Support general L&D initiatives as needed, while maintaining primary ownership of functional and technical upskilling.
