Based in our Tourcoing Warehouse and reporting to the Operations & Support Functions Senior HR Manager, you will support the growth of our earning Activities. Your mission is to support the coordination of training programs by combining operational excellence with creative content and data-driven insights.
What you will do 👜

L&D Coordination & Support

  • Budget & Sourcing: Monitor the L&D budget and assist in sourcing the best external providers/partners to meet our training needs. 

  • End-to-end Logistics: Support the planning and coordination of training sessions, workshops, and events for our employees worldwide. 

  • Administrative Follow-up: Manage the payment of our providers and ensure all administrative records are up to date.

  • Content Creation & Digital Learning

  • Content Engine: Feed and enrich our internal e-learning tool (360 Learning)  by creating and updating modules in accordance with the HR roadmap.

  • Communication: Support the execution of communication strategies to promote programs and foster a continuous learning culture. 

  • Program Data Analysis & Insights

  • Reporting: Analyze program data, including participant feedback (qualitative and quantitative) and training KPIs.

  • Optimization: Identify trends and opportunities to enhance our global learning offering and support decision-making.

  • Who you are ⭐
  • Graduate-level student (Master's degree

  • Fluent in English (working language); French proficiency is a strong asset.

  • Strong interest in Digital Learning, professional development, and cultural transformation.

  • Creative mindset with a knack for content creation and storytelling.

  • Strong analytical skills with a structured, methodical approach to data.

  • Strong technical competencies on google sheet or Excel.

  • Proactive, curious, and "Activist" mindset, aligned with our sustainability values.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
