Transform learner communications and experiences by bridging educational content with community-building activities, ensuring a personalized learning journey.
Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption.
We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce.
Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.
In June 2022, we announced a $220 million Series D funding round co-led by StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. With a post-money valuation of $1.7bn, the round makes us the UK’s first EdTech unicorn.
But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.
Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.
The Opportunity
As our Learner Experience & Community Manager, you will be the primary voice of our brand for thousands of professionals embarking on their learning journeys. Your goal is to bridge the gap between "educational content" and "unforgettable experience." You’ll transform functional emails into motivating milestones, turn standard webinars into must-attend community events, and ensure our coaching materials are as sharp and compelling as a TED Talk.
Key Responsibilities
The Voice of the Journey (Communications):
Audit and overhaul the end-to-end learner communication flow (onboarding, mid-course nudges, graduation).
Rewrite automated emails and platform notifications to ensure they are clear, compelling, and human.
Maintain a consistent tone of voice that balances professional authority with an encouraging, "peer-to-peer" feel.
Community & Events Architect:
Own the calendar for learner events (primarily online, with occasional high-impact in-person meet-ups).
Source, brief, and manage guest speakers who add immense value to our professional learners.
Facilitate live sessions to ensure they run smoothly, stay on time, and remain highly engaging.
Coaching & Content Optimisation:
Collaborate with our subject matter experts (SMEs) and coaches to refine their delivery materials.
Edit and "punch up" slide decks to ensure they are visually clean and narratively driving.
Ensure all coaching assets align with the overarching brand voice and learner experience goals.
What We’re Looking For
A "Wordsmith" with Utility: You don't just write 'pretty' copy; you write copy that gets people to take action. You hate jargon and love clarity.
Operational Creativity: You can dream up a great event concept and then actually execute the logistics to make it happen.
Eye for Design/Narrative: You understand that a slide deck is a storytelling tool, not a data dump.
Empathy for Professionals: You understand the time constraints and pressures of a working professional and know how to communicate in a way that respects their schedule.
Why This Role Matters
In an EdTech company with thousands of learners, it’s easy for the experience to feel "automated." You are the person who keeps it feeling personal. You turn a course into a community and a curriculum into a career-changing experience.
