About the role: 

  • Define and implement UX design strategies aligning with business goals and product objectives.
  • Ensure design deliverables meet user needs and business goals.
  • Oversee all phases of the design process, from initial research and concept development to detailed design and testing.
  • Lead multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Work on user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure optimal user experiences.
  • Create design guidelines, style guides, and best practices to maintain consistency across all product platforms.
  • Allocate resources effectively, balancing short-term project needs with long-term strategic goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design integration into the product development lifecycle.
  • Advocate for user-centered design throughout the company.
  • Synthesize feedback from users, analytics, and stakeholders to iterate on designs.
  • Position supervises 5 UX Designers [SOC-15-1255.00]
  • Required education: Master’s degree or equivalent in computer science, or related.
  • Required experience: 12 months of experience as Lead UX/UI Designer, UX Designer,
    or related.

Additional minimum requirements: 12 months of work experience to include the
following:
1. UX research to understand product desirability, feasibility, and viability;
2. Mapping and design facilitation, systematizing design ops procedures;
3. User research methodologies and usability testing;
4. Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Agile development environments;
5. Designing web prototypes, and conducting usability testing.

The salary range for this role is $121,638. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
