We are looking for a proactive Lead User Acquisition Manager with expertise in Facebook to drive performance marketing efforts for our new EdTech products.
What You’ll Do:
This role involves not only leading the strategic direction of UA campaigns but also building and managing a high-performing acquisition team, optimizing processes, and ensuring collaboration across Growth, Product, and Creative teams.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in user acquisition with Facebook Ads, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Proven experience managing large advertising budgets (1kk+ per month) with a focus on subscription-based mobile or web products and achieving positive ROI/ROAS.
- Strong ability to build, mentor, and scale UA teams: hiring, onboarding, setting goals, conducting performance reviews.
- Experience in establishing clear UA processes — from campaign setup and creative testing to reporting and optimization loops.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Creative, Data, Finance).
- Advanced analytical thinking, able to interpret complex data and make strategic, data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using attribution, analytics, and engagement tools (Appsflyer, Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, etc.)
- Skilled in automation and optimization tools that improve workflow and campaign efficiency.
- Ability to maintain high-quality internal documentation (processes, briefs, onboarding materials, reports).
- B2+ English proficiency (spoken and written).
