Job Overview
This position requires you to be responsible for facilitating classroom/virtual training programs, developing content, focusing on skills development for the front level associates of the organization. Leading and managing intervention-based learning.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The job responsibilities entail:
- Work on soft skill training program for various Business Units in the organization, in consultation with the department heads, including the assessment / evaluation methods
- Partner with Business units to outline deliverables, expectations, and risks, to include specific training needs for them
- Assesses training and development needs through training need identification through various resources available
- Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum training effectiveness
- Define ROI on every training program delivered
- Design training courses and content necessary to meet training needs
- Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs
- Act as a liaison with L&D and the business units to ensure consistency with practices
- Contributes to process improvements and innovation in the L&D function
- Be a team player and act in accordance with the organization’s code of conduct always

Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of strong knowledge and experience with the soft skills training Function
- Should be a Graduate in any discipline
