Lead Trainer, Learning and Development

Job Overview

This position requires you to be responsible for facilitating classroom/virtual training programs, developing content, focusing on skills development for the front level associates of the organization. Leading and managing intervention-based learning.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

The job responsibilities entail:

  • Work on soft skill training program for various Business Units in the organization, in consultation with the department heads, including the assessment / evaluation methods
  • Partner with Business units to outline deliverables, expectations, and risks, to include specific training needs for them
  • Assesses training and development needs through training need identification through various resources available
  • Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum training effectiveness
  • Define ROI on every training program delivered
  • Design training courses and content necessary to meet training needs
  • Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs
  • Act as a liaison with L&D and the business units to ensure consistency with practices
  • Contributes to process improvements and innovation in the L&D function
  • Be a team player and act in accordance with the organization’s code of conduct always

Eligibility

  • Minimum 2 years of strong knowledge and experience with the soft skills training Function
  • Should be a Graduate in any discipline
