Accountabilities
Definir e evoluir a arquitetura técnica da solução (frontend + backend)
Garantir padronização e qualidade de código entre múltiplos módulos
Liderar decisões técnicas e apoiar o time em desafios complexos
Atuar de forma hands-on quando necessário
Conectar arquitetura com objetivos de negócio
Garantir escalabilidade, segurança e performance
Coordenar boas práticas de versionamento, releases e governança
Atuar como referência técnica para o squad
Participar de refinamentos estratégicos e planejamento de roadmap
Requirements
Experiência sólida com React
Experiência com React Native
Arquitetura modular / micro-frontends
Experiência com state management (ex.: MobX ou similar)
Vivência com Design Systems corporativos
Experiência com observabilidade e analytics
Experiência com Node.js (BFFs, APIs REST/GraphQL)
Experiência com Java / Spring Boot é diferencial
Arquitetura de microsserviços
