You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers to deliver compelling solutions which land in the sweet spot between desirability, feasibility, and viability. If you want to join a passionate and creative team in an exciting company that is committed to growth and evolution, we would love to hear from you.

  • You have a strong ability to see the full user journey and how software interactions connect seamlessly with hardware experiences.

  • Develop user stories and use cases, taking user needs and converting them to product requirements.
  • Design/Ideate both collaboratively and individually.
  • Lead and participate in design critiques, ideation sessions, and design workshops.

We comprise six successful and rapidly growing brands: Focusrite, Focusrite Pro, Martin Audio, ADAM Audio, Novation and Ampify Music. With a high-quality reputation and a rich heritage spanning over four decades, our brands continue to shape the music-making world. Focusrite leads that world in audio interfacing technology – more musicians record through Focusrite than any other brand. The Focusrite Pro team are focussed on the complex needs of the audio professional for whom sound is not just a passion, but a way of life. Martin Audio have been uniting audiences for almost five decades with their awe-inspiring touring and installation loudspeaker systems. Based in Berlin, ADAM Audio are precision innovators in the field of professional monitoring and loudspeaker technology, made famous by their unique ART ribbon tweeter. We embrace its evolution, and that means remaining open to new ideas. We enjoy a Group-wide open-door culture, where we can all contribute and everyone is heard as we grow and develop, both as individuals and as a team. We encourage innovation and fresh-thinking and are passionate about the inspirational solutions we create. Behind our success is a tightly knitted, like-minded family of music and audio lovers. We’re always pulling together to try and make a difference; our frequent appearance in ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For’ is testament to this.As an equal opportunity employer, we encourage people to apply regardless of religion, ethnic background, nationality, sexual orientation or gender identity. We recognise the diversity shortcomings of our industry and are committed to driving change. Equally, we recognise the major impact that climate change is having on our world and work every day towards being industry leaders in a carbon neutral future.Keeping everybody safe during the COVID-19 pandemic The health and safety of our people is massively important to us and when Coronavirus reached the countries our people work in, we worked incredibly hard to mobilise home-working for almost all of our people very early. We have been working this way since March and have had great feedback from our team on how we have adapted to this new way of working. During this time, we have also continued to successfully recruit new people to the business and onboard them smoothly – all using technologies such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack and so on – and we offer all candidates the option to be interviewed over Zoom rather than face-to-face. Given the positive transition to home-working we are not rushing to return to ‘normal’ and will be taking a very steady approach; phasing our return to the office for the team members who need it over a period of months, carefully aligning with government guidance, and going above and beyond where we can. So far, we have undergone meticulous risk assessments and have installed screening on desks, new signage and of course lots of soap and hand sanitiser! We have, however, always supported home working, and this period has solidified value of being flexible for us. We know that this pandemic will change the way we work longer term and we are carefully looking at how we can continue to support home-working after the situation has subsided. We will be looking forward to seeing everyone’s faces soon!
